The king cobra is the world's longest venomous snake, reaching up to 5.6 meters (18 feet) in length. Found in forests of India, southern China, and Southeast Asia, it primarily eats other snakes and builds nests for its 21-40 eggs. Juveniles are black with yellow bands.
